Sichuan-style Chicken (stir-fried crispy chicken with Sichuan peppercorns, green onion, and chili peppers, served with jasmine rice and steamed vegetables)
Ka Prao (stir-fried protein with Thai holy basil, served over jasmine rice, Thai chili sauce, and cucumber), choice of protein: chicken, pork, beef, or tofu.
Khao Moo Tod (pan-fried pork with garlic and black peppers, served over jasmine rice, chili-garlic fish sauce, cilantro, and cucumber.
Khao Pad (fried rice with protein and egg, served with chicken broth, chili-garlic-fish sauce, green onions, cilantro, and cucumber), choice of protein: pork, chicken, beef, or seafood.
Pad Prik Gang (fried spicy curry paste with protein in coconut milk, chili peppers, and herbs, served with jasmine rice, cucumber slices, and “prik num pla”), choice of protein: pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, mixed seafood, or tofu. Hainanese chicken rice, “Khao Man Gai,” served with chicken broth, cured bean sauce, sliced cucumber, cilantro, and green onions.
